3 Live Sessions for 333.-
Inner Child
The inner child is an important session, where we will look into your past. Our past dedicates who we are today. We learn what reparenting is and how we can heal, what has been painful for us. We include body work to transform our emotions and to clean up space.
Self-Love & Letting go
In this session we will look into our behavior and how we have been treated by others/self-talk. We will raise our awareness to make positive change possible again. Practical tools will support our session.
New Self
We learn to expand within the discomfort of unknowing what is next. We get to know ourselves on a profound way and learn that there are many great hidden aspects about ourselves. At this stage we are ready for new opportunities such as a loving relationship, new job or an exciting adventure.
Where: Via Zoom
How to prepare: Complete the worksheet that will be sent to you prio the sessions. Make sure you’ve 1,5h quiet time at the time of each session & a stable internet connection with a microphone to ask for questions.

T&Cs: I’m so confident in my sessions that they will support you on so many levels that I’ll give you a full refund after the second session of the full price, if you couldn’t get anything out of it. I ask you to at least join two sessions to get your refund, so I can see that you’ve tried. 😉
The course only takes place, if at least 3 participants register, If the course does not take place, you’ll be informed and 333CHF will be refunded to you. So far the course has never been cancelled. If there is no space in the current month you can join in the next cycle.

Since we work in a group, you just need to be willing to share them as well. Â
Procedure: Through various exercises, both in the group and individually, we will work specifically on your vision so that you can fulfill your heart’s desire. I’ll share tools that can be handled easily and are effective for that very reason. Things don’t need to be complicated – they need to be accessable in our daily life.
Participation: Everyone who wants to grow and is ready to do the inner work is welcome! Women and men are eligible to participate. This event will be held in a small group. I will ensure that the group is well put together, that way you’ll get the most out of it.
